Despite Government assurances, some could see insurance costs soar under Obamacare By: Jim Angle published September 27th 2013, FoxNews.com
In three days we will know if Obamacare will pass or be turned down, many in the government say that it will help everyone and lower insurance costs, but this article says otherwise. In the debates about Obamacare they told us that rates would go down but they cherry picked their facts to only cover those who are in the low income bracket, the new laws make many more things mandatory for the insurance companies to cover which will actually raise the rates on many middle income people, costs may soar up to 99% for men and 55% for women. Studies also show that there may be a shocking rise in deductibles even for the cheapest plan deductibles may reach 6,000 dollars. I think that this will be devastating to our economy because it will cause many people to have to spend much more of their income on insurance and possibly go into more debt and reliance on the government.

That is an interesting article. I agree with your opinion at the end. It is weird how something is supposed to lower insurance costs, but it just makes them higher.
ReplyDeleteI know right
ReplyDeleteyou think people would catch on that if it raises insurance costs when people say it will lower them, someone has got to be lying
I disagree with Obamacare and hope that it doesn't pass. It discourages growth of companies and should be turned down.
